Welcome to the American Martyrs youth wellness page, Martyrs Families Connected. This resource was created for our community by South Bay Families Connected. We hope the resources, events, videos, and educational material provided through this project will help support our parents, teachers, and our parish staff as we work together in our goal at Martyrs of affirming the dignity and goodness of all of God’s children, and helping our youth stay on a healthy path to maturity.

School is out for Summer - Dial Back the Screen Time, and Dial Up the Fun!
Summer is that time for our kids to re-boot, re-energize, and download ....but not on a phone, or tablet or screen!!! Run, Swim, Read, Sleep, Relax, Reconnect.
As you start to plan those long summer days, be careful of the screen time your children are logging! Think of your summertime activities as a child without a device to entertain you.....make sure they get BORED....it is good for the wellness of our children.
