All South Bay parents of children ages 2-13 are invited to a free 8-week program intended to equip parents with evidence-based strategies + 24-7 AI support to drive improved parent-child relationships and behavioral issues. Workshops are offered free of charge by SBFC in conjunction with Sage and Parente. Scroll down for details.

About the facilitators:
Hi, I’m Alana Samaha, LMFT, a therapist at Sage, as well as private practitioner in the South Bay. I work with children, teens, parents, and families, and also specialize in perinatal mental health and supporting new moms and parents through pregnancy and postpartum. I live in Redondo Beach with my family and am also a mom to two wonderful little girls of my own.
Hi, I’m Rimppi Rai a licensed therapist in Canada since 2012, and currently an associate therapist for Sage waiting to sit for licensure. I run the Wellness Center on Campus at El Camino Real Charter School, where I support adolescents ages, 13-18 with therapeutic support. Additionally, I am licensed as a coach and facilitator that has run parenting groups, both in Canada and in the United States. Additionally, I am a parent to two young adult daughters that I am very proud of.
