South Bay Families Connected Supporters


The SBFC Board of Directors extends its sincere gratitude to our wonderful sponsors for their dedication to the social-emotional wellness of our South Bay youth. Donations to the SBFC not-for-profit (under the fiduciary sponsorship of the MBX 501(c)3 support SBFC's parent education events, teen workshops, event calendar production, social media outreach, the monthly SBFC e-newsletter, SBFC teen and parent blog production, and the South Bay Opioid Awareness Project, ensuring that these programs and outreach efforts are provided free of charge and are accessible to all families in the South Bay.

SBFC and Beach Cities Health District have partnered to produce the Families Connected Speaker Series, Parent Advisory Committee, and the Parent Chat, a weekly parent support group. BCHD's partnership and in-kind promotional support since June 2016 is invaluable. 


Producer of the Families Connected Project

LSM Communications, LLC, originated the Families Connected Project concept and strategy in February 2015 and privately funded and launched the Families Connected website and South Bay Families Connected logo and youth wellness brand in August 2015. LSM continues to privately fund the project's, research, curation, ongoing website management and updates. graphic design, photography, school outreach, quality assurance, and video production.  To date, LSM Communications, LLC, has implemented the Families Connected Project at over 90 Partner Schools.

The critical components of the project listed at the top of this page are unique to the South Bay and are made possible through donations made to SBFC and in-kind donations from LSM and other sponsors.
