Format:

  • Dr, Moe Gelbart will present evidence-based advice for parents and caregivers during the first ten to fifteen minutes of The Chat.

  • For the remainder of the time, participants may join a group discussion and share challenges and insight in a confidential and non-judgmental space.

  • Related community resources will also be shared by Laura Short McIntire, founder of the Families Connected project.

  • As always, we will have a participant check-in during which they share their first name and how they are doing, as well as a check-out at the end.
